Hospice of Washington County (HWC) is continuing to serve the community with Bereavement Services. HWC will host the Hearts of Hope Group via Zoom (an online video chat platform). Hearts of Hope is an on-going, open support group available to any adult who has experienced a death of a loved one.
Quilts of Valor Foundation is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is “to cover service members and veterans touched by was with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor.” Mountain Mama Quilters meet to sew Quilts of Valor for military service members and veterans at the Hancock Community Life Center on the last Tuesday of every month.

Open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one. Not designed to be a grief group, but rather a safe place to socialize with others who can appreciate the many aspects of grief.
